Darlene joined Lionfield in 2007 to monitor Lionfield’s Help Desk. Her primary responsibility is to ensure customers receive prompt, courteous service and IT support.Prior to joining Lionfield, Darlene was a computer technician at Best Buy in Wilmington, DE. She holds a BS degree from Centenary College and also earned a diploma in Network Support Administration from Cittone Institute in Philadelphia. She has years of experience in customer service and computer repair and is proficient in a variety of operating systems. |
