Mr. Lang's practice concentrates on commercial litigation, products liability, and general tort litigation, and he also advises clients concerning various aspects of insurance law. He has experience working on a wide variety of litigation matters in numerous state and federal courts, many in a regional counsel role. Mr. Lang has successfully represented clients in complex commercial cases, products liability, aviation, insurance coverage and real estate matters. Darin was admitted to practice in Nebraska in 1996 and Colorado in 2000. He is admitted before the United States District Court, District of Colorado, and the United States District Court, District of Nebraska. He received his Juris Doctor, with distinction, from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 1996 and received his Bachelor of Arts degree cum laude from Wichita State University in 1993. Prior to law school, Darin was employed by the Cessna Aircraft Company and is also a licensed pilot. |
