Mr. Gallar is the Vice President of Services and Support across all product lines. He is responsible for ESP’s product implementation engagements and technical customer support, with focus on total customer satisfaction. In his more than 10 years experience leading and managing professional services and technical support organizations, Mr. Gallar has specialized in implementing rapid product deployment strategies and gold-standard customer support processes geared to maximize customer satisfaction and ROI. He has executed, led and project-managed many implementation engagements of various solutions for Fortune 500 clients, delivering on exacting and aggressive schedules and ROI goals. Prior to joining ESP, Mr. Gallar was VP of Customer Services at Voxa, Inc., a middleware software development company. Prior to Voxa, Mr. Gallar held senior managerial positions at both start-up and large, established companies, with responsibility for Customer Services. Mr. Gallar holds B.S.
