Darby started his real estate career in Pensacola in 1986 and joined Beck Property Company in 1994. Originally from New York, he came to Pensacola after a successful 20 year career in the marine and advertising industries. Specializing in general commercial sales and leasing, including industrial, office, retail, site selection and multi-family, Darby strives to provide professional service while focusing on client needs and attention to detail. A sample of national clients includes CVS Pharmacies, KPMG, Nextel Partners, ServiceMaster, Tricon, United Rentals, UniSys, Wells Fargo, First South Bank, BB&T Bank and Weyerhaeuser. Darby earned a B.A. degree from Southampton College of Long Island University in Business Administration and earned his M.B.A. from the University of West Florida. Darby also received the prestigious CCIM designation in 1998 and is a member of National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), the National Association of Realtors and the Pensacola Association of Realtors.
