Ms. Altman has served as XM's Executive Vice President of Business and Legal Affairs since January 2006. She oversees several departments for XM, including New Business Development, Business and Legal Affairs, Office of the General Counsel, Human Resources and Regulatory and Government Affairs. Prior to joining XM, Altman served as Executive Vice President for Discovery Communications, Inc., where she oversaw all business negotiations for Discovery's global television assets, including its domestic television networks Discovery Channel, TLC and Animal Planet. During her 20-year career, Altman has held several key management positions at entertainment media companies, including Reiss Media Enterprises, Inc. and HBO. |
