Ms. Arnason joined PotashCorp in 1988. From 1988 to 2003 she held various positions in the tax department the most recent being Senior Director Taxation. In 2003 she was promoted to her current position.
As Vice President Internal Audit Ms. Arnason is responsible for providing an internal auditing organization by establishing auditing policies and programs reviewing current procedures and examining the effectiveness of management.
She is a member of the University of Saskatchewan Senate and serves on the Executive Committee.
Ms. Arnason was born in Esterhazy Saskatchewan. She attended the University of Saskatchewan earning a Bachelor of Commerce degree in 1977 and her Chartered Accountant designation in 1979.
She is married and has four children. |
