Danny Zheng has been part of the Singing Machine management team since April 2004 and has served as financial controller and principal accounting officer. He is instrumental in preparing financial statements and SEC reports, setting up accounting system and procedures. Danny is responsible for many key accounting functions at the Company. Danny is a certified public accountant licensed by the state of Delaware and a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He has more than 10 years of hand-on controllership experience. He held controller and VP finance positions with various private and public companies. Previously, he was also employed by a New York regional CPA firm as tax consultant for 4 years. Danny was also served as general manager from 1999 to 2002 for PC Ware International Miami branch, a Taiwan base computer manufacturer. He was responsible for its distribution, marketing and finance operation in six countries throughout Latin America. He also served as director of operation for PC Micro, a joint venture computer manufacturer in Manaus, Brazil from 1999 to 2002. Danny earned a B.S. degree in accounting from Nankai University in China and is currently obtaining his Master Degree in Accounting from Florida International University part time. In addition to English and Chinese, he has knowledge of Spanish and Portuguese. |
