Danny Nelms is the Vice President of Human Resources for CHDM. He manages human resource practices that create a positive culture for CHDM’s 1,700 employees, ensuring the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce dedicated to quality, productivity, and high standards. Mr. Nelms came to CHDM with 15 years of experience in a variety of industries including public accounting, marketing and manufacturing, with extensive experience in managing the effects of mergers, acquisitions and consolidations. Before joining CHDM, Mr. Nelms was vice president of human resources for Murray, Inc., a $500 million manufacturing company with more than 1,400 employees. Prior to Murray, he held human resource positions at Progeny Marketing Innovations, Service Experts, Inc., Robert Half International, Renaissance Hotels International and Arthur Anderson. Mr. Nelms earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia and his M.B.A. from The Massey School at Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee. |
