Danny W. Huff was elected a director of Lyondell Chemical Company in August 2003.
From November 1999 to December 2005, Huff served as executive vice president, Finance, and chief financial officer of Georgia-Pacific Corporation, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of tissue, packaging, paper, building products, pulp and related chemicals. From 1996 to 1999, Huff served as Georgia-Pacific’s vice president and treasurer. He served as treasurer from October 1993 to February 1996. Prior to joining Georgia-Pacific in 1979, Huff held various auditing positions at KMG Peat Marwick from 1973 to 1979.
Huff is chair of Lyondell's Audit Committee and is a member of the company's Compensation and Human Resources and Executive Committees. |
