Defense Business Solutions provides full life cycle information technology services for clients in the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), including the Military Sealift Command, the Surface Deployment and Distribution Command, the U.S. Transportation Command, and the Air Mobility Command.
Michael joined SRA in 1992 and served as a project manager for the DoD Corporate Information Management (CIM) program. He later became an account manager and business program manager, organizing and managing multiple contracts for large projects. He also developed eGovernment business solutions for DoD, providing Web site support, an information technology civilian career force management portal, and a knowledge center.
Prior to joining SRA, Michael served in the U.S. Army for 26 years. On his last tour, he was the information management officer for the Army Deputy Chief of Staff for Personnel, where he directed the planning, development, integration, and operation of the Army-wide personnel information management initiative. He participates in the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA), the Association of the United States Army (AUSA), and the American Society of Military Comptrollers (ASMC).
