Danny L. Parker has lead Tekelec's strategic planning, business development and merger and acquisition activity since October 2000. Mr. Parker brings to Tekelec over 20 years of management experience in the telecommunications industry. Prior to joining Tekelec, Mr. Parker spent 14 years at Northern Telecom Inc., holding executive management positions in Customer Service, Product Development and Verification and Product Line Management. Mr. Parker joined Tekelec as Senior Director, Customer Service for the Network Switching Division in November 1994 . Prior to assuming his current responsibilities, Mr. Parker held various executive management positions in the Company’s Network Signaling Division and the Network Diagnostics Division, including Vice President and General Manager, Network Diagnostics Division. |
