Dann Angeloff advises top management of medium-sized public and private growth companies in the areas of public and private finance, merger / acquisitions, investment banking and investor relations. He also provides financial advisory services including valuations, fairness opinions and expert witness testimony. He currently serves on several boards of directors including: Bjurman Barry Funds, Nicholas/Applegate Growth Equity Fund, Public Storage, Inc, (New York Stock Exchange), Ready Pac Foods and SoftBrands, Inc. (American Stock Exchange). He is Chairman Emeritus and Past President of the Southern California Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors. He is a director of Marshall Leaders, an affiliate of the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California (U.S.C.), where he received his B.S. and MBA degrees. He is a former U.S.C. Trustee and a past President of the Alumni Association. |
