Professional Profile
Daniel Zendel, Partner, received a B.A. Degree in 1967 from Case Western Reserve University and his J.D. Degree from Fordham University, where he was a member of the Editorial Board of the Fordham Law Review. Mr. Zendel is admitted to practice before the New York State Bar and the Supreme Court of the United States. His primary area of practice is in the field of international trademark law and protection, having practiced at two multinational corporations and at Ladas & Parry since 1972. Mr. Zendel also has experience in counseling clients on U.S. trademark and copyright law, and in prosecuting U.S. trademark applications. He has also counseled clients in the field of intellectual property licensing, with emphasis on trademark licensing, both domestic and i nternational. Mr. Zendel has been published in the Fordham Law Review, The Journal of Maritime Law and Commerce, The Trademark Reporter, the New York Law Journal, The National Law Journal, Trademark World, Trademarks America, and IP World. In addition, Trademark Insider has ranked Mr. Zendel among the top 15 U.S. trademark attorneys. Mr. Zendel has also lectured at Fordham Law School and served on a number of committees of the International Trademark Association, where he was chairman of a sub-committee on foreign trademark law.
