Daniel Turano is responsible for KANA's global field operations - including field sales, strategic accounts, sales consulting, inside sales, renewal sales, and sales operations. Mr. Turano has been in the technology industry for over 25 years. He brings a successful track record of sales leadership at a wide range of enterprise technology companies, including CRM software providers Oracle, Siebel Systems, and Scopus. Over his career, Mr. Turano has managed all aspects of an organization ranging from sales, sales support, business development, professional services, and marketing. He holds a B.S. degree from Saint Peter's College and an M.B.A. in Marketing from Fairleigh Dickenson University. |
