Experience:
Daniel Spencer is a member of Mayer Brown’s Latin American practice group and specializes in cross-border project finance, trade finance and securitization transactions. He represents a wide variety of Latin American corporations in the energy, oil and gas, infrastructure and mining sectors as well as major international investment banks. He advises clients in relation to general corporate cross-border secured and unsecured loans and receivables purchase programs.
