Daniel Slifkin is a partner in the Firm’s Litigation Department. Daniel’s broad practice includes representing clients in litigation related to bankruptcies, contract and commercial disputes, fraud actions, intellectual property, patents, private securities actions and SEC investigations.
Daniel was born in London, England. He joined Cravath in 1991 and became a partner in 1998.
