Mr. Seifer joined Smarts as an officer on August 14, 2006. Mr. Seifer has spent the last 12 years working in the public markets. His experience includes investor relations, consulting, raising capital, mergers and acquisitions, and public relations. Mr. Seifer is currently active in the oil and gas industry, personally owning ten oil wells in Northern Louisiana. Mr. Seifer graduated from MichiganState with a degree in Engineering and a Business Minor. |
