Daniel Ryan is a director with LECG where he specialises in the area of valuation and intellectual property. He is an experienced adviser to businesses on a range of financial and commercial issues, having spent many years both as a consultant and in industry. His specific area of expertise is the use of sophisticated economic and finance tools to understand the creation of value by organisations. Daniel has helped a range of clients in assessing the value of the overall business or specific elements of the business, such as trademarks, patents or brands, for commercial and fiscal purposes, as well as in the context of contentious disputes. Daniel is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Society of Share and Business Valuers.
In his ten years with Arthur Andersen's Strategy Finance and Economics Group (1990 - 2000), Daniel was responsible for selling and delivering complex financial and strategic engagements. Subsequently, Daniel spent a number of years working within small fast growing businesses helping them to raise funding and develop and implement successful growth strategies. |
