Dan has over twenty five years experience in business management, startups, turnarounds and M&A. Prior to Greentree, Dan started and built a large food manufacturing firm, driving revenues to $180 Million. Under Dan’s strategic guidance, the company underwent a very complicated relocation from one state to another. In addition, the firm grew from one to five; regionally located facilities. Ultimately, Dan sold the business to a large Midwest equity firm and continues to advise the Equity group regarding ongoing operations. Upon completion of the transaction; Dan has provided consulting and turnaround advisory services to various industries. Dan also has experience advising high net worth investors. Dan has invested in varied businesses from start-up and growth stage to mature businesses in highly competitive markets. Dan’s successful and varied business ownership and management experience has created a highly qualified base of business knowledge. Utilizing his acquired talents; he is able to communicate and integrate new ideas and processes that drive business growth, value and liquidity, quickly grasp and solve business problems and bottlenecks, and manage corporate turnaround in the most challenging situations. Dan was educated in business administration at Northern Illinois University in addition to MBA related studies at The Kellogg Graduate School of Business, Northwestern University. Dan maintains Securities (NASD) Series 7 and 66 licenses and a Series 3 (NFA) license. |
