With over 22 years experience in the Commercial Brokerage community, Dan is a Broker who has seen and done it all! Having completed over 800 commercial real estate transactions, he can give his clients the security that their best interests will be managed in a professional manner, as anticipation and attention to detail are not compromised. Dan is extremely loyal to his client base, as reflected in their loyalty to him with some client relationships extending over 20 years.
Dan was invited to become a partner of Leider Hayes Commercial in 2006, which he accepted with confidence and assurance due to his long-standing professional relationships with the founding four partners. Prior to joining Leider Hayes Commercial, Dan enjoyed 7 very prosperous years at Pacifica Commercial Realty, the oldest commercial real estate firm in Santa Barbara. Dan's commercial real estate career began in 1985 with Sunset Company, which merged with Prudential, as he gained respect being the number one commercial agent in the firm for 14 straight years, including too numerous to mention local and national sales awards.
Prior to moving to Santa Barbara in late 1984, Dan owned and operated Moll Implement Company for 13 years, a John Deere farm equipment dealership in southwestern Minnesota that included row crop farming and cattle operations. Dan grew the company to one of the top 10 largest dealerships in an area that included Minnesota, Wisconsin, both Dakota's, and a portion of Montana. He was part of an elite dealer advisory counsel with Deere & Co., having earned the reputation of providing first class service to all his customers, a loyal employee base, and a operating a model company.
