Mr. Mandli is responsible for organizing, recruiting, hiring, training and managing Noble’s North American Operations and Maintenance team. He is also responsible for the formation and management of Noble 24 hour National Operations Center. Mr. Mandli, a former General Manager of Wind Operations at FPL Energy, Inc. and one-time Director of Service, Installation and Engineering for NEG Micon USA, Inc., has more than 10 years experience in wind plant operations, with emphasis on tracking and increasing overall turbine performance, customer service, process engineering, manufacturing and project management. He also has over 17 years of experience in manufacturing management, with a focus on process optimization. Mr. Mandli has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with honors, from the University of Illinois-Champaign-Urbana. |
