Daniel Geber has invested and worked in international markets for most of his professional life. He has lived in Hong Kong and Singapore as well as half a dozen European countries. Before joining Epoch, he was most recently a Partner at Trident Investment Management, a macro-driven global equities long-short hedge fund. As a one of the original members of the Trident team, his responsibilities included heading equity research, portfolio management, contributing to investment strategy and stock analysis. Prior to Trident, Daniel was an Analyst at Omega Advisors, a New York-based hedge fund. Previously, he was an Executive Director at Goldman Sachs & Co., where he worked on private equity investments and advisory transactions including mergers, acquisitions, privatizations and equity and debt financings. Prior to his graduate studies, he was an Analyst Consultant at McKinsey and Company. Mr. Geber holds an M.B.A. from Stanford University and a B.S. with honors in Mathematics and Computer Science from UCLA. |
