Mr. Gaudet joined Color Kinetics in September 2005 and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's IP licensing program and joint development activities. He was previously responsible for managing and prosecuting the company's worldwide patent portfolio. Prior to joining Color Kinetics, Mr. Gaudet specialized in intellectual property law as an associate at Wilmer Hale LLP (formerly Hale and Dorr) and Foley Hoag LLP. He also spent seven years at Northrop Grumman where he held several engineering and management positions within R&D and Production. Mr. Gaudet holds a BS in Aeronautical Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, a MS in Engineering Management from the University of Southern California, and a JD from Boston University School of Law. |
