Mr. Frank is a Managing Director for Cerberus Capital Management, L.P., and has been with the firm since 2001. Prior to joining Cerberus, Mr. Frank served as a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager of ACI Capital Strategic Fund, a New York-based hedge fund, and prior to that role he served as a portfolio manager for Chatterjee/ Soros Fund Management. From 1979 to 1996, Mr. Frank was employed by Fidelity Management and Research (Fidelity Investments). While at Fidelity, Mr. Frank served as Assistant Portfolio Manager to Peter Lynch on the Magellan Fund and as Vice President and sole Portfolio Manager, for over a decade, of the Fidelity Strategic Opportunities/ Special Situations Fund. In 1996, Mr. Frank was ranked by Barron’s magazine as one of the Top 100 U.S. Mutual Fund Managers. Mr. Frank served on the Board of Directors of i-STAT Corporation from 2001 until its sale to Abbott Laboratories in 2003. He currently sits on the board of Molecular Insight Pharmaceuticals (MIPI, NASDAQ). Mr. Frank received a BS in Business Administration from Boston University’s School of Management. |
