Daniel Ciporin has served as a member of our board of directors and as a member of our Audit Committee and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee since September 2005. From January 1999 through June 2005, Dan served as the Chief Executive Officer of Shopping.com Ltd., a publicly traded comparison shopping service, and then as Chairman before Ebay acquired Shopping.com Ltd. in August 2005. Prior to joining Shopping.com Ltd., Dan served as senior vice president of MasterCard International, responsible for global debit services. Dan earned his B.A. degree at the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs from Princeton University in 1980 and his M.B.A from the Yale School of Management in 1986. |
