Daniel Chait is head of our Global Financial Markets business worldwide. Corpus GFM, which operates under the Lab49 brand, is currently represented by Daniel Chait, a Managing Director and co-founder of Lab49. The group is run by the founding team of Daniel Chait, Luke Flemmer, and Vivake Gupta. Daniel represents the management team within Corpus management, communicating targets and strategy internally and to the public. Daniel has led engagements with a global client list and specializes in fixed-income and distributed systems. He has spoken at numerous industry events, including the Microsoft.NET Developer's Group and the Wharton Entrepreneurship Conference. Previously, Daniel held the positions of Director of Professional Services at Simile Software, where he successfully led IT integration projects in the media industry, and Co-Founder of Business Velocity, Inc., where he built a company servicing the IT and rich media needs of Fortune 500 firms including Bank of America, Chase Manhattan, Citibank, Lehman Brothers, AXA/Equitable, and Prudential. He started his career in New York as a software engineer at American Management Systems, where he was the lead engineer for a multi-tier enterprise reporting product and led key aspects of client engagements. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science & Engineering in Electrical Engineering/ Computer Science from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, MI. |
