Dan Cenatempo is an Executive Director with FairValue AdvisorsTM and has more than 18 years of extensive experience helping companies quantify, create and capture value. He specializes in valuing businesses and intellectual property in corporate transactions, tax reporting, financial reporting and strategic planning. Dan’s experience has focused on high complexity assignments ranging from enterprise and intellectual property valuations and negotiation support to reasonable royalty, lost profit and economic damages analyses. Clients have relied upon Dan’s opinions to invest more than $2.2 billion in capital expenditures and project financings. His clients range from large, public and multi-national consumer products companies to small and closely-held technology firms. Additionally, Dan is a regular speaker and continuing education instructor for companies, associations and the Georgia Institute of Technology on valuation, damages, decision making and value-based management. Dan is an Accredited Valuation Analyst (AVA), Certified Forensic Financial Analyst (CFFA) and a member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA) - a leading professional association for valuation experts. He received his Master of Business Administration from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Villanova University.
