Mr. Carroll is the Chairman of The Carroll Group, a consulting firm specializing in business strategies. Mr. Carroll has had over 50 years of management experience, serving as President and Chief Executive Officer of Hoover Universal Inc., President & Chief Operating Officer of Gould Inc., and President of the Management Consulting Division of Booz Allen & Hamilton, Inc. Earlier he was employed by the Navy Department as a management engineer. In addition to service on the boards of several closely held businesses, Mr. Carroll has held directorships in twenty publicly held corporations and has served two of the latter corporations as the non-executive Chairman of the Board. He holds a BA in Government from Dartmouth College, obtained an MA in Political Science from the University of Minnesota, and pursued doctoral studies in Political Science and Social Psychology at the University of Chicago. |
