Daniel Bovarnick joined iCIMS in 2007 as the organization's Director of Finance. He brings over 20 years of experience in finance and business process improvement in the financial services and software development industries. Dan has successfully helped companies translate financial data into actionable information in both large corporate and entrepreneurial environments, including 12 years at American Express Company. Dan's responsibilities include providing financial thought leadership to the organization, leading finance and accounting, forecasting and financial management. Dan graduated from MIT with a degree in International Finance. He is also an examiner for Quality New Jersey, the New Jersey Governor's Award for Performance Excellence program that assesses organizational quality. |
