Daniel Bertram is the President/Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Bertram became President/CEO and a Director of the Company in June 2001 after serving as Vice President for Marketing and Sales since March 2001. Mr. Bertram was a principal of Conesys, Inc. from 1998 through February 2001. From 1997 through 1998 he was a principal of The Bertram Co., a consulting firm. He served as Vice President for Sales and Customer Support for Staefa Control System (now a Siemens Company) from 1991 to 1996. Prior to his work at Staefa, he served as Regional Distribution Manager for Telemecanique/Square D, a U.S. subsidiary of Groupe Schneider, France, a global leader in Industrial Automation Systems and Components, where he grew its representative network in 13 western states. He was also Northeast Regional Marketing Manager for Leroy-Somer, Inc. (now a division of Emerson Electric). Mr. Bertram holds a Master of Arts in Psychology from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor of Arts from Marquette University. |
