Daniel Rumsey is currently Acting CEO for Wave Wireless Corporation. Prior positions held at Wave Wireless include Chief Restructuring Officer, CFO, and General Counsel. Prior to joining Wave Wireless, Rumsey was vice president, general counsel and secretary for Knowledge Kids Network, which acquired Aspen Learning Systems/NextSchool in September 1999, where Rumsey served as chief executive officer and president/founder prior to the acquisition. Throughout his career, Rumsey has had significant experience in financial restructuring, litigation, and M&A management, and has managed various departments, including finance and accounting, legal, IT, human resources, and administration. Mr. Rumsey serves on the board of Wave Wireless Corporation and DIRT MotorSports, Inc. |
