Mr. Lawson is the CIO for Brandywine Senior Living, a premier provider of senior housing in the Mid-Atlantic Region. Mr. Lawson also co-founded Brandywine Senior Care, Inc., the predecessor company in 1996. In his capacity of CIO, Mr. Lawson manages all aspects of the Information Technology systems for Brandywine and manages the development of many unique management tools and systems employed by Brandywine to make it a leader in the Long Term Care industry. From 1991 to 1996 Mr. Lawson created and co-owned two successful health care companies focusing on providing high tech nursing services in the home and professional staffing services to the medical community, Homemaker Home Health Management Inc., and Health Placement Staffing Services, Inc. Prior to this, Mr. Lawson held several senior level management positions with Unisys Corporation. In addition, Mr. Lawson has served as President of a non-profit health care organization focused on providing health care to seniors in their home, and is currently a Local Board member for the United States Selective Service System. Mr. Lawson received his Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Technology from East Tennessee State University.
