Mr. Johnson currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Business Development for edatanetworks, Inc, a software and services provider, bringing state-of-the-art loyalty and reward programs to the retail industry. Prior to this role, Mr. Johnson served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development for Hogan Systems, a publicly traded banking and credit card software enterprise. In 1988 Johnson was retained by Photech Imaging Systems to perform a market and financial assessment. His recommendations became the strategy for the enterprise leading to a successful divestiture. As Senior Vice President and Special Assistant to the Chairman, he contributed to the turnaround and subsequent sale of Uccel Corporation. Mr. Johnson spent 15 years early in his career with the General Electric Company. He was awarded a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida in 1967. |
