Daniel Raymond Fogarty was born in Tampa, Florida. Mr. Fogarty was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2005. He is a 2000 cum laude graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a B.A. in History and Philosophy. He received his J.D., magna cum laude, in 2005 from the University of Florida. Mr. Fogarty was a member of the Senior Editorial Board of the Florida Law Review, and received Book Awards in Torts, Income Tax, and Secured Transactions. While in law school, he interned for The Honorable Paul M. Glenn, Chief Bankruptcy Judge, United States Bankruptcy Court, Middle District of Florida. Following law school, Mr. Fogarty was a law clerk for the United States Bankruptcy Court,, Middle District of Florida. He is a member of The Florida Bar, and admitted to practice in the Middle District of Florida.
