Experience
Mr. Moloney represents employers and their insurers in the defense of workers' compensation claims. He regularly appears before the Maryland Workers' Compensation, The Office of Administrative Hearings in D.C., and before various courts in Maryland, Virginia, and D.C. Mr. Moloney also has experience in handling toxic tort and product liability matters.
