Daniel P. McInerny
Profile : Dan McInerny is a partner in the Environmental Group, and has been a practicing attorney since 1984. Mr. McInerny concentrates his practice in the areas of environmental, natural resources and agricultural law, and also has an extensive background in Indiana administrative law. A graduate of Northwestern School of Law of Lewis and Clark College, he received a Certificate in Environmental and Natural Resources Law by that institution. Prior to joining Bose McKinney & Evans, Mr. McInerny served as a deputy attorney general, representing the Indiana Department of Environmental Management, the Department of Natural Resources and the Indiana State Department of Health.

Mr. McInerny is a frequent author and speaker, addressing numerous topics related to environmental law, including litigation, governmental agencies, changing environmental laws and regulations, hazardous waste, water purity, farming regulations, confined feeding operations, septic systems and wetland development. He has spoken at numerous seminars for Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum, and has made presentations to the American Agricultural Law Association, the Indianapolis Bar Association, the Insurance Institute of Indiana, Purdue University Staff, Lewis and Clark College, Indiana University School of Business, Indiana Agribusiness, the Hoosierland Preservation Task Force, the Governor's Environmental Conference, Indiana Water Pollution Control Association, Inc., Agri America Network, National Business Institute, Inc., Indiana Environmental Institute, Indiana Hardwood Lumbermen's Association and Indiana Veal Association. Mr. McInerny has also written for several publications, including the Indianapolis Business Journal.
