Dan co-founded Holland & Associates, Inc. in 1984. Prior to this he had five additional years of search and recruiting experience. Dan has a BA degree in Political Science from Kenyon College, an MA in Political Science from the University of Chicago, and a PhD in International Relations from The American University.
In his nineteen years of recruiting electrical engineers, Dan has worked in a wide variety of industries including the commercial communications, process control & instrumentation, audio, artificial intelligence, factory automation, consumer electronics, computer, military and aerospace electronics, medical electronics, and appliance industries. |
