Born Albuquerque, New Mexico, November 25, 1956. Admitted to Bar 1987, California. Education: Creighton University, (B.S.B.A., 1978); McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific, (J.D., 1986). Member: Kern County and Fresno County Bar Associations; State Bar of California. Mr. Klingenberger works with employers on union/management issues, including union organizing, picketing and work stoppages. He represents employers in collective bargaining negotiations and labor arbitrations involving employee discipline and contractual disputes. Mr. Klingenberger has represented clients in both National Labor Relations Board and Agricultural Labor Relations Board proceedings. Mr. Klingenberger regularly practices in front of the California Labor Commissioner, the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing, U.S. Department of Labor and federal and state OSHA. Mr. Klingenberger counsels employers on the development of employee handbooks and other company policies. His range of experience allows him to advise employers on day-to-day employee and business planning matters. |
