Daniel J. Tomlinson is a Managing Director in the Valuation & Financial Opinions Group. His concentration is in real estate valuation and consulting. He is certified as a general real estate appraiser in Indiana and Michigan. Mr. Tomlinson s real estate valuation experience encompasses numerous commercial and industrial engagements for local, national, and international clients for a variety of purposes including acquisitions & divestitures, asset-based lending and workouts, business reorganizations, litigation services, ad valorem tax valuations, condemnation, proposed developments, and insurance appraisals. Property types appraised include residential, office, industrial, retail, hotel, health care, vacant land, and many special purpose facilities such as gas transmission facilities, automobile assembly plants, health clubs, golf courses, country clubs, marinas, college buildings, convention centers, and ice rinks. Prior to joining our firm, Mr. Tomlinson was a Senior Staff Appraiser at Colliers International (formerly known as Trerice Tosto) where he was responsible for corporate and industrial real estate valuations. Mr. Tomlinson earned an MA in Real Estate & Urban Analysis from the University of Florida and a BA in Economics from Stanford University. He is a member of the Appraisal Institute with an MAI designation. He is also a member of Beta Gamma Sigma Fraternity, the Honors Society for Collegiate Schools of Business. |
