Daniel J. Smoke has been a member of the Company's Board of Directors since August 2003. Mr. Smoke is the Chief Financial Officer of Truck Bodies and Equipment International, Inc. He was previously the Chief Financial Officer of B.R. Lee Industries, Inc. from 2005 to 2006, and Marco Wood Products Inc. from 2004 to 2005. From 1999 to 2004, Mr. Smoke was in a private consulting practice. Mr. Smoke served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Bucyrus International, Inc. from 1996 to 1999. Prior to that, he served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the Folger Adam Company from 1995 to 1996. Mr. Smoke held various positions at Eagle Industries, Inc. from 1986 to 1994, including Corporate Controller, Vice President of Finance, Senior Vice-President and Group Executive, and Division President. Mr. Smoke has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from Washington State University and a Master of Science Degree in Accounting from California State University.
