Mr. Oginsky is responsible for ITCTransmission's legal affairs, counseling the company on legal matters, and managing the company's legal department. Mr. Oginsky also serves as Secretary to the company's Board of Directors. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Oginsky served in private practice in Washington, D.C. and Lansing, Michigan. In private practice, while focusing on energy matters, he advised and advocated for ITCTransmission and other clients on regulatory, administrative litigation, legislative, transactional, property tax, and other matters.
Mr. Oginsky earned his Juris Doctorate degree from George Washington University in Washington, D.C. and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan. He is admitted to the State Bar of Michigan and the Washington, D.C. Bar, and is a licensed lobbyist in Michigan. |
