Dan O'Neil has more than ten years of investment banking experience. Prior to joining Signal Hill, Mr. O'Neil served as a Director at Energy Services Group working in business development and sales for the private energy services company. Previously, Mr. O'Neil was a Director at Deutsche Bank Securities in the Technology group within the Investment Banking division. Mr. O'Neil began his career as an Associate with Deutsche Bank and progressed through the ranks to Director where he focused on providing advisory and financing services to semiconductor and communications infrastructure clients. During this time period Mr. O’Neil worked on numerous M&A, equity, bank and bond transactions for many clients such as Adtran, Aeroflex, Fairchild Semiconductor, Freescale Semiconductor, Lucent, Maker Communications, Motorola and Nortel Networks. Mr. O'Neil holds an A.B. degree from Harvard College and an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. |
