Dr. Monticello has over 20 years of experience in various aspects of biotechnology. He was a co-founder and served as a member of the Board of Directors, CSO and Vice President of R&D of Energy BioSytems (later Enchira Biotechnology Corporation) from 1990 until 2002. Prior to ENBC, he held senior positions in project management, business development, process development, research management and basic and applied research with Miles, Inc, a part of the Bayer Corporation. He is inventor or co-inventor on 19 issued US patents. He received his Ph.D. in Microbiology from Michigan State University. |
