Mr. Haas is a member of the Management Committee and also oversees the design and construction of Noble’s wind energy facilities. He is charged with ensuring that Noble’s projects are designed and constructed in compliance with all applicable regulations, in addition to being compatible with the requirements of landowners and local environmental considerations. Mr. Haas has more than 25 years experience in engineering and construction, including more than two decades in the energy industry. He has been personally responsible for the design and construction of more than 21,000 MW of power facilities, including the installation of more than 1,000 wind turbines in the United States, Canada, Costa Rica, India, the Netherlands, Spain, and the United Kingdom. |
