Daniel co-heads the firm's mortgage loan sales group, which entails the oversight of real estate debt evaluations, marketing strategy, contract negotiations, and sales. He is also involved in originating and structuring first mortgage debt, mezzanine, and equity transactions nationwide. Daniel’s career accomplishments include over $3 billion of commercial mortgage sales and the origination and underwriting of over $1 billion of commercial mortgages throughout the United States for a foreign bank. Additionally, Daniel served as a consultant with Ernst & Young and as a lender at Chemical Bank, where his responsibilities included the origination and structuring of construction and interim mortgages. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business management from Clarkson University, a master of science degree in real estate finance from New York University, and also completed Chemical Bank's credit training program. Daniel is a licensed securities representative (Series 7 & 63) and licensed New York real estate salesperson. He is also a member of the Commercial Mortgage Securities Association, treasurer of the Young Mortgage Bankers Association, and immediate past-chair of the Real Estate Executives Division of the United Jewish Appeal of New York City. |
