Mr. Wyllie was a member and Senior Editor of the Wayne Law Review. Following law school, he was employed as a full-time instructor of legal writing and research at Wayne State University Law School.
Experience
With extensive commercial and personal injury litigation experience, Mr. Wyllie has been the lead trial counsel in the federal and state courts in Michigan and several other states. He has successfully argued cases before the Michigan Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
Mr. Wyllie's commercial and business litigation practice includes substantial experience in franchise and dealer termination litigation, unfair competition, trade regulation and consumer protection matters. His commercial clients include a major petroleum refiner and distributor.
Mr. Wyllie's significant personal injury practice has focused on the defense in pharmaceutical products and professional liability actions. His clients have included several university-affiliated hospitals and physician groups, several major pharmaceutical manufacturing firms and the American Red Cross.
