Mr. Hutchins has served as a director of Infinity since June 2008. Mr. Hutchins began serving the Company as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer in August 2007. Mr. Hutchins, a Certified Public Accountant, is a partner in the accounting firm of Hutchins & Haake, LLC, which he co-founded in 2005. Mr. Hutchins has 25 years of public accounting experience including five years with Deloitte Touche, formerly Touche Ross. Mr. Hutchins is also the president of CFO SErvices, Inc., a consulting company that provides CFO services to companies. In addition, Mr. Hutchins currently serves as a director of Digital Ally, Inc., a company created to supply technology based products to the law enforcement and security industry. Mr. Hutchins earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting at Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas. |
