Professional Experience Through his work at BBK, Dan performs financial and strategic advisory services for distressed companies in dynamic environments as well as serving as an advisor to multinational corporations in their dealings with distressed suppliers with annual revenue exceeding $1 billion. In addition, Dan performs due diligence services in a fast-paced deal environment. Daily activities include financial and economic assessment; forecasting; scenario analysis; cash management; liquidity improvement; debt capacity analysis and enhancement; debt restructuring; financial and strategic due diligence; negotiations of complex commercial agreements, purchase and sale agreements, secured and subordinated credit agreements, forbearance agreements; implementation of profit enhancement action plans and viability analysis of bankruptcy plans of reorganization and exit financing requirements. Prior to joining BBK, Dan worked in the Transaction Services practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) where he performed financial due diligence and other M&A-related consulting services for private equity buyout funds and strategic corporate buyers. While at PWC, Dan worked with complex transactions, sophisticated accounting matters and a diverse variety of business models. Dan also held the position of Vice-President and General Manager of Richard Ravid Inc., a national consumer products manufacturer and distributor that was a vendor to all major mass merchandiser, grocery and drugstore chains in the United States. Dan played an integral role in the financing, launching and long-term branding of several national product lines that grew to become common household names. Dan was also a co-owner of two companies that manufactured brands of consumer products sold on a national scope.
