Mr. Norr is Of Counsel in Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck’s Las Vegas office and a member of the firm's Litigation Group and Corporate & Business Department. His practice includes both corporate governance and transactional matters. Mr. Norr is currently serving as Interim General Counsel for the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, where he manages all corporate, transactional and commercial litigation matters, as well as managing relationships with outside counsel. Mr. Norr holds both an M.B.A. and a J.D., and he has experience with a variety of complex corporate and transactional issues. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Norr practiced for almost 10 years in civil litigation, with an emphasis on commercial disputes and professional malpractice defense. Among his many achievements, he wrote and argued a motion that led to the dismissal of a lawsuit seeking to enforce a $69 million arbitration award against his client. While in law school, Mr. Norr was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society. |
