Dan is an industry veteran spanning more than 30 years. He held a variety of sales and operations positions with motor freight carriers including Mason & Dixon Lines, Bray Lines, Refrigerated Transport Co., and IBSI, a subsidiary of Brae Corporation. In 1984 he founded Commercial Transportation Services, Inc. (CTSI), a freight brokerage and intermodal marketing company. In 1994 he sold CTSI to CH Robinson Worldwide and served as President of the subsidiary, CTSI Robinson. In 1999, he founded General Freight Services, Inc., An Atlanta based, freight brokerage and intermodal transportation services company. He earned a B.A. from Jacksonville University and an MBA from Georgia State University. Dan served as an IANA board member, representing the IMC division, for more than 6 years. |
